Adrenal hemorrhage following blunt trauma is a rare 1966 Selvedge Jean occurrence.We report here the case of a 5-year-old child with adrenal hemorrhage, which developed as a result of an accidental fall.Embolization treatment of adrenal hemorrhage was successfully performed.To the best of our knowledge, this is the first Console report of adrenal hemorrhage occurring in a child which was treated with transcatheter embolization.
